New accounts stay pending. They cannot access the staff portal until HR issues the agreement, the new starter signs it and chooses a password. IT Manager and IT Admin roles cannot be granted through this form. No automatic email is sent at creation.

Contracts here are fictional participation agreements, not legal employment contracts. IT creates a pending account. HR signs and issues the terms. The recipient signs the private agreement and chooses a password; this automatically activates the account. A typed roleplay signature does not verify identity. Keep private signing links confidential.

About this release
V35.3 adds V33.3-style signature previews to annual audits and preserves the restored original sidebar and colour scheme, alongside the V35.1 12-section staff audit, restricts EIS/EYIS submissions to Education Managers, and activates new accounts when the recipient signs HR-issued fictional agreements. Other specialist V33.3 modules (staffed Inclusion case assignments, leave balances, centre calendars, advanced HR reporting) still require dedicated upgrades; see the included parity checklist. No real pupil, medical, personnel or safeguarding information; fictional Roblox roleplay use only. Password emails still require email delivery configuration.
